HOW WE WORK

From decision to delivery

Gareth works directly with owners and leadership teams, staying close through to implementation to see what is changing. The approach makes priorities, responsibility and progress clear.

Our approach

Gareth follows an established approach, shaped to the assignment. He starts by listening to the people involved and testing the evidence, then helps identify the priorities that matter most. Together, they agree a practical delivery plan, put it into action and establish the routines to embed the change.

01

Understand

The first discussion clarifies the outcome, timeframe and people involved. Gareth then speaks with leaders and, where useful, customers, reviews the data and tests the evidence behind the issue.

02

Prioritise

Compare the options against evidence, capacity and risk. Agree a manageable set of priorities, with clear decisions, owners and measures.

03

Deliver

Turn those priorities into sequenced work and milestones. Gareth works alongside the team, adding operating capacity or specialist support where needed.

04

Embed

Review progress regularly, adjust the plan as evidence changes and build the routines that help leaders sustain the improvement.

Support shaped around the work

Gareth can lead a defined project, add interim or fractional operating capacity, or work alongside management through to implementation. The right form of support depends on the decisions to make and the capacity needed to deliver them.

Defined project

A specific decision, issue or deliverable with an agreed scope and finish point.

Interim or fractional leadership

Senior operating capacity when growth, transition or a major program needs someone to lead execution. The mandate, decision rights and handover are explicit.

Execution and coaching support

Practical help for leaders and teams to maintain momentum, deliver change and embed it, while management retains operating responsibility.

Before work begins, each proposal sets out the scope, people, responsibilities, time commitment, deliverables, review points and fees. An operating mandate also defines decision rights and handover.
